When I think of summer, I think of fresh fruit and ice cream. There are thousands of various desert recipes out there, but here is a quick, simple one that you can make ahead of time or a last minute addition. It’s very colorful and will impress any foodie or desert diva. Enjoy!
Serve 4 people
1 packet of frozen raspberry (200 grams light sugared)
¾ Cup water
1tbs squeezed lemon juice
2 tbs powder sugar
Blend all the ingredients in the mixer. Pour the raspberry blend in a fine strainer to separate the seeds.
Put two scoops of ice cream in a bowl add the raspberry sauce with some kiwi slices. Garnish with fresh mint (optional).
