Here is a very easy recipe with little work. It’s perfect to do when I need to go for a little putting practice.
Cut a lemon into quarters and then stuff them inside a whole chicken. Put salt, pepper and oregano on the outside for good flavor.
Put the chicken in a clay pot with the lid on into a cold oven. Turn the oven on to 400 F and let it cook for an hour. After that, add a can of frozen concentrated lemon juice for a delicious sauce and keep in oven for another 30 min. Serve with rice and some fresh bread.
