Eden Prairie, MN. – Concluding round 2 of the ANNIKA Intercollegiate Presented by 3M, the University of Arkansas remains at the top of the leaderboard.
The Razorbacks finished the day with a 4-shot lead with the help of Dylan Kim, Alana Uriell, and the 2016 Individual Champ, Maria Fassi. Kim had a nice start to her round carding five birdies on the front nine, finishing at 4-under-par 68. Fassi, who carded a 2-under 70, is tied for second with UCLA’s Patty Tavatanakit and Stanford’s Mika Liu.
Texas and Stanford are tied for second, with Texas shooting the low round of the day, 14-under-par 274. Sophia Schubert shot an impressive round, including seven birdies, finishing at 5-under-par for the day. Kaitlyn Papp (70), Emiliee Hoffman (68) and Greta Volker (69) all finished under par on the day.
Natalie Srinivasan of Furman went bogey-free shooting 4-under-par 68, and now sits atop the leaderboard heading into the final round. Alice Chen shot a 5-under-par 67, helping move Furman into the top five.
